Room for Rent – Spring Valley My husband and I are homeowners looking to rent out one private bedroom (10x11 ft) in our house starting June 1st. About the home: • Conveniently located right off 125 & Jamacha – close to Target, Chick-fil-A, Smart & Final, and more • Plenty of parking available in front of the home + two-car driveway • All common spaces are fully furnished • Access to shared spaces: full kitchen, laundry, spacious living room, and backyard with an above-ground pool • Friendly, respectful household About the household: • My husband is a Navy veteran • Two current roommates (one male, one female) are both active duty/veterans (Navy) • Each roommate has one dog – so you must be comfortable living with dogs 🐾 Who we’re looking for: • Female preferred • Active-duty military or veteran strongly preferred • Clean, respectful, and responsible • Ideally someone able to stay at least 3 months or longer (we understand Navy schedules and deployments) Rent: • $1,100/month + utilities If you’re interested or have questions, feel free to message me for more details or to schedule a time to see the room!
