Searching 4 Roommate

Hello! My two roommates and I are looking for one more person to join us in our 4 bed 2 bath apartment in an amazing location on Garden St about a one minute walk away from WWU Viking Union! Rent is only $750 per month, not including utilities. The lease starts July 11th, and goes 12 months until June 30, 2027. A little about us: We are all environmental related majors (ESCI, Toxicology, ENVS) and love all things nature (bugs, birds, and monkeys are our main interests at present). We love to get outdoors and go on adventures but also have a lot of fun staying at home. We all love art and have hosted a number of "craft parties" in our dorm where we invite everyone to bring a project and hang out. We are excited to have a space to host our friends and have dinner parties. We don't intend on being a party house (absolutely no smoking inside or on balcony), but we definitely like to have fun! We are looking for a fairly social person who we can get along well with, but at the least a very good communicator! Please reach out if you think we could be a good fit!
