Hi! I have a private bedroom available for $800 a month including utilities in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, 1600sqft in Orangevale. Looking for a reliable roommate 21-28. The bedroom available is 10x10 with a private closet and shared bathroom w one person. We also have extra storage. The house is furnished while the bedroom is unfurnished We also have a large yard with a patio. We have a 3 car driveway, extra fridge in the garage, Wifi, AC/heating, and washer/dryer. Unfortunately owner doesn’t allow pets but can be discussed. Must be comfortable with kids as my partner and I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter. Message with any questions.
