1 bed/bath lease takeover Jan-Jul27

I’m looking for a tenant who can take over my lease starting January 2027 to July 2027. It’s a 1 bed/1 bath fully furnished unit. It comes with a 55 inch tv. 2 mins walk from the metro and walking distance to campus. The reason I don’t want to continue with the lease is because I’m graduating earlier than my expected graduation term. Please let me know if you guys are interested.
