Room in Albany, OR

Description

I have a room opening up in Timber Ridge Apartments in the Knox Butte district of Albany. Its very quiet and nice neighborhood. I am very clean and generally quiet. I do have a dog named Lola. She is very people friendly, but is a rescue from a situation that wont allow her to live with other animals. The common areas are furnished (minus the living room as my current roommate will be taking the couch and TV) but have a plan in place to replace them. I don't mind someone using my things, as long as they are respectful and clean. I work at Linn-Benton and in the winter I ref basketball, so I wont be home often during the winter months. On the weekends, I love to do outdoor activities. Camping, hiking, backpacking. I would love to have a roomie that tags along! My boyfriend typically visits on the weekends, but we are quiet and mindful of shared spaces. The room will be available August 1st.
