Lease Takeover

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment at The Union at Carrollton. The unit is ~820 sq ft and well laid out, located in a convenient downtown area. Current Rent: $1335/month + utilities (I'm happy to discuss and come up with a number that works for both of us, if need be)
Lease end date: December 11, 2026
