The house has hardwood floors upstairs, a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and central A/C. The main living space has a cozy wood-burning fireplace and an open layout that makes it feel really comfortable and connected. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is used as a shared guest room. Downstairs is a large, separate-feeling space with a bedroom, living area, and an additional side room, which is great if you want extra space or a bit more privacy. We have in-unit laundry, a 2-car garage (which we have mostly used for storage), and there is always easy street parking. The backyard is fully fenced in with a large deck, a table, and chairs, and is a great space to relax and spend time with friends. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but still super convenient. We are just 7 minutes from DU, 4 minutes from King Soopers, 8 minutes from Washington Park, and within walking distance of the Highline Canal trail. The upstairs bedroom is $1100 plus utilities ($123-$158 monthly), and the larger downstairs area is $1200 plus utilities, and both are available July 1. Pets are an additional $300 refundable deposit plus $50/month. About me: Hi! I’m Sarah. I moved to Denver about 2 years ago for grad school at DU and just finished. I’m a social worker, I love hiking, camping, skiing, and doing little projects around the house, and I have one big sweet dog named Honeybee. I think we’ve created a peaceful, cozy home that’s really easy to live in, and I’m excited to share it with new people.
