Private bedroom, bath and parking

Looking for a clean, respectful roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. You’ll have your own private bedroom, your own bathroom (just outside the room), and a dedicated parking space. Management will require a $45 credit check and proof of income. Shared spaces: living room, kitchen, dining area, linen closet. Complex has a pool, laundry, and plenty of parking. Rent is $1,225 month + utilities split 50/50. Move-in immediately or by June 1. About me: I’m a 37M, work full-time at Trader Joe’s, pretty chill, and spend a lot of time thrifting/at flea markets. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do. I have one senior cat (no additional pets, sorry). Not a party place, but guests are fine. Looking for someone easygoing, clean, and reliable
