Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublease at Alsander GNV for the Fall 2026 – Summer 2027 lease term (August 15, 2026 – July 31, 2027). It’s a fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath unit with a private bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared kitchen and living room. There is currently no roommate assigned for this lease term. Rent is $1,195/month plus utilities, which is about $100 cheaper than signing a new lease for this floor plan. $770 has already been put down towards the first month as a credit. The complex is close to UF with direct 24/7 bus routes to campus. Covered garage parking is also available through the complex for an additional fee.
