hi, my name is gigi. i’m looking for a clean, peaceful and stable place to rent while i settle into california. i’m respectful, organized, work-oriented, and easygoing. i enjoy the gym, cooking/baking, fragrances, music, and keeping shared spaces clean. i don’t smoke, rarely party, and mostly keep to myself while still being friendly and considerate with roommates. i’m hoping to find a comfortable environment with good communication and mutual respect.
