Rent is $1,229/month plus utilities.
The complex has great amenities, including a large lounge area, 2 story gym, vending machines, pool tables, and maintenance support is top notch. My room shares no walls with roomates, beautiful view, 5th floor so no one is above. It is the quietest and best spot of the apartment complex. It’s also in a super convenient location.
