Looking for a room in Riverside!

Description

My name is Grace, I am a 25-year-old graduate student attending CBU. I am looking for a place to live in Riverside to be closer to school & friends. I spend a lot of time out of the house, but when I am home, I am usually spending time in my room working, reading, writing, or doing schoolwork. I do own two cats but they are very quiet, well-behaved, and cleaned. I can offer references from past roommates! I am very quiet, clean, and I do not drink/do drugs/party at all. I have been sober my entire life. I am single and any overnight guests would be friends visiting from out of town. I get up at 5am because I work remotely for a company based on the East Coast. On nights I don't work the next morning, I often come back at 1-2am after hanging out with friends. I love talking about books, philosophy, The Lord of the Rings, art and anything else nerdy!!
