G'day, my name is Katie. I have a two bedroom upstairs apartment and am looking for a female roommate in their 20s to join me. Split between two people, the rent and utilities would be roughly $500 a month each. I already have it mostly furnished but your room is your own! Some of the nice features of the place: really deep closets, fenced backyard with garden beds. It also has a garage which I keep my vehicle in but could store anything extra you might have.
