Large patio with bar b Que grill umbrella’s & chairs at property entrance for entertaining guest. keep in mind we have HOA, so outside quite time is around 11:59pm and just an FYI please no often overnight guest unless it’s an emergency situation. Move in will be 6 month minimum to a 1 year lease agreement plus $100 deposit. Month-to-month will require $950.00 first month plus $950 deposit.
