3rd roommate for 26-27 school year

Hi, my name is Makayla. I am a 22-year old student. My roomate and I are looking for a 3rd person to join our lease. Our place comes fully furnished (only need a desk chair!). We have in unit washer and dryer as well as a dish washer. The base rate of 650 does not include utilities (wifi and electric), but utilities are typically about 80-110 additional a month depending on the season!
