My budget is $500–$800/month, and I’m looking to move in around May 1st. I don’t have any pets right now, but I would like to get a cat in the future once I’m settled. I’m okay with guests and 420-friendly homes, but I prefer no cigarette smoking. Ideally, I’m looking for a place with access to a kitchen, laundry, and Wi-Fi, and roommates who are respectful and communicative.
