We’re looking for a single roommate. The room is in Jurupa Valley/Jurupa Valley, near Real Camino and Limonite Ave. The monthly rent is $850 and the room is available on April 1. our Room for rent in our family home for $850 per month. The room will be empty, but if needed, we can provide a bed and furniture. We are a family of four (mom, dad, and two toddlers). Our room is on the opposite side of the house, so you will hardly see or hear us, except when we are in the kitchen. We do ask that everything is kept clean and tidy. The bathroom is shared, there’s no washer or dryer.
Our home is a no-shoes household, so we hope you are comfortable with that. We are also looking for someone who is smoke-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free.
