Looking for a female roommate to rent one of my 4 bedrooms in Eastmark (The Reserve at EastMark). It’s technically an apartment, but it feels much more like a townhouse with its 2-story layout. Home layout:
Downstairs: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, 2-car garage
Upstairs: master bedroom (occupied), den/playroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), shared bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms. I’ll have 1 upstairs bedroom available around the end of May, and by July there will be 2 additional rooms available. I keep a very clean, calm home and am a single mom with a 7-year-old daughter and a well-behaved Belgian Malinois, so you’ll need to be comfortable around both. Rent is $800/month + $800 deposit (all utilities included, flat rate). Room can be furnished or unfurnished. If you and a friend are open to sharing a bathroom, I can rent both upstairs rooms for $700 each. I work Monday–Friday and keep a consistent, low-key routine—early mornings, home for dinner, and quiet evenings. Ideally looking for someone who’s more of a homebody and values a peaceful space.
