LGBTQ friendly housing!

Hello!
We're a queer couple looking for a roommate! First couple of pictures are two rooms you can choose from. We get the keys early April, and we can offer room dimensions and video tour once we get the keys! Looking for an early May move-in but flexible if you need it earlier. Few things to keep in mind...
-Do not apply if allergic to cats or dogs.
-Rooms are carpet.
-No central AC (sorry!) but will get window ACs when we can afford them.
-Two shared bathrooms, one with a shower.
-Pets assessed on a case by case basis.
-Video call beforehand is MANDATORY. For your safety and mine.
-Refundable Security Deposit due at move in equivalent to one month rent.
-No extra fee for utilities/internet/etc.
-We can offer limited storage space
-Preference towards AFAB, LGBT, and longer rent times. However, these aren't deal breakers!
-No smoking in the house, no smoking cigarettes period, these ARE deal breakers.
