Looking for roommate starting April

Description

We are in an apartment with 4 rooms spread across 2 floors. Roommates all usually keep to ourselves, busy with work and or school. The apartment is a little dated and beat up but we clean up after ourselves. The roommate in the downstairs room does have a small dog (Yorkie) but she is quiet and well behaved. We have our own laundry, kitchen, large living room and a lot of storage space. Parking is easy but there's the option of a little extra if you want a guarantied spot. The neighborhood is great and had easy access to the freeway, public transit, grocery stores and Liberty Park. The room available is about 13x11 feet, plus the closet. 550$ per month + 50-75$ for utilities.
