2B/2B sublet

Description

Hello! I’m looking for someone(s) to sublet my apartment. Both me and my roommate are moving. Timeline would be middle to end of May. It’s located in Potomac Yard. It has in unit washer and dryer. It has a large balcony that over looks the courtyard and swimming pool. It also has a nice gym and monthly community events. Walking distance to the Potomac Yard Metro stop. Shops and restaurants nearby as well. Very close to DC. I’ll provide pictures upon request
