To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, parties and visitors are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you smoke, you may do so outside only. For safety, the home has two security cameras in common areas: one in the kitchen and dining area, and another on the second floor in the laundry area. These are the only cameras on the property and are installed solely for everyone’s security.
