Seeking a female roommate in her 20s/30s (like me), to share a 2bed/2bath top floor apartment in Hamilton’s Society Hill complex starting May 2nd, 2026. You will have your own full bathroom, and will have the second bedroom and small hallway closet. You’ll have to bring your own bed and furniture. In order to sign the lease, you would have to complete the NTN application ($35) through a realtor in order for the landlord to conduct a background check. This apartment complex is very safe with no noise pollution. Our unit has a washer/dryer. Our apartment complex has a parking lot with one designated parking spot for us, and plenty of guest parking. Fully functional kitchen and a furnished living room and dining area ready. Other details:
-Rent: $980 a month
-Security deposit upon moving in: $1,237.50
-Utilities are not included in rent, and usually are around $70 (in winter) and up to $200 (in the summer) for gas/electric per person, per month.
-Internet: $25.00 a month from, per person.
-Four water bills a year: ~$60 each time (per person)
