Seeking 2 Housemates to Join Lease

Hey! I’m Louis, 28, and I’ve been living in a super nice 3 bed / 2 bath house in central Boulder for the past 3 years. I’m hoping to find 1–2 new housemates to renew the lease with me in late March for the next term, which runs from June 6, 2026 to June 6, 2027. This part is important: we need to know who’s in by late March, since that’s when the lease renewal happens. Depending on timing, moving in before June is very possible. Open to all gender identities, ideally around ages 20–38. The house is near Elder Ave and Jefferson St, about 3 blocks from Ideal Market. Rent is $850/month per open bedroom, plus roughly $100–150/month for utilities and internet. House details: 3 bed / 2 bath

Sanitas Trailhead The basement is currently a shared hangout space with ping pong, darts, and storage, but it could also work really well as a hobby/studio/storage area for one person at an added prorated cost to have exclusive access. It’s about 21 x 14 ft and has its own closet, so it’s a pretty great setup if you want workspace for a small business or passion project. About me: I studied data analytics, I’m currently a Fellow with the Boston Museum of Science, and I work from home as a social media creative and consultant. I moved to Boulder in 2023 for the community and outdoor access, and I’m big into snowboarding and outdoor stuff.
