Hi! I have moved and I'm looking for someone to [REDACTED] in a 2 bed 2 bath accessible apartment at the accolade! You would have the whole apartment to yourself. It’s super close to the u of m stadium and campus! The apartment is fully furnished and has really good amenities! I'm pretty flexible with the moving date, but hoping to be out by March. My leases end in August and you can renew yourself if you’d like. It is a transfer not a sublease so the lease would fully become yours! rent is 929 a month after utilities it would be about 1000. It is on the 16th floor close to the 16th floor amenities and 2 of the 5 elevators it is bigger size apartment do to being a Handicap accessible apartment. The deposit and transfer of lease would add up to 1229.
