Room Sublease in shared home

Hey! i’m moving out of a shared home, it’s 3 beds 2.5 half bathrooms. rent is 650 a month plus 1/3 of utilities. i am in one of the smaller rooms with a shared bathroom. this house has a large living room, great yard with patio deck, washer and dryer hook ups, and full kitchen all shared amongst housemates. i am moving out at the end of this week and i ideally would like to have my room taken over by the middle of march! this is a woman preferred house with no cats. please feel free to message me with any questions!
