I’m subletting my individual studio in a dorm for months, from June.
The studio is in Brøndbyøster, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Monthly rent: DKK (utilities included) with a Deposit of 1 month rent. CPR is available! A subletting contract will be provided! Photos are from the official dorm , the room will not include personal items (plates, sheets, pillow, etc.).
Includes Bed ( cm), Desk, chair, lamp, curtains, Wardrobe + storage, Private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) and Kitchenette with hob, extractor hood, sink, fridge.
Laundry available in the building. And also gym and cinema room!
