Room and Bathroom Available

I have a small room and bath available in my and half bath apartment. The complex has a rooftop pool, 2 gyms, rental able office spaces. We are in walking distance to Addison circle park, cafes, restaurants, Walmart and Whole Foods. I’m would like someone that’s mature and drama free. I’m quiet and calm, I work remotely I stay to myself I don’t have a lot of guest just one person. No pets the apartment is very clean and you’re welcome to have plants on the patio.
