Looking to fill two rooms

Looking for a roommate to occupy one bedroom in a two-story house. The home is located two blocks from Cal Poly Humboldt and within walking distance of the Arcata Plaza. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one parking spot included. The room is freshly painted and unfurnished, while the rest of the house is furnished.
The ideal roommate would be a college student planning to stay for at least a semester. Only one person is allowed per room. The other roommates are also students. I’m an engineering student, and I have a cat (Lucy).
