Empty nester looking for a room

Description

Hi, I am a recent empty nester looking for a room to rent. I come with fun extras ( my beagle/Chihuahua). I work full time graveyard shift at a DV shelter. I don't party or drink. I do smoke outside only. I'm actually not that interesting. On my days off I binge watch all kinds of stuff and be lazy. I officially became a Nona (grandma) in November. This is the first time in I don't even know how long right after Gregory price will probably years that I would be having a roommate if you don't count my kids so I just want everything to be right and comfortable I would hate to have to move in somewhere and not be able to get along with someone or whatnot and have to find somewhere else to live.
