Large private bedroom available in a clean, quiet home. This is the biggest room in the house and will be available at the end of February.
The home is fully functional and comfortable, with some areas currently being renovated and upgraded (kitchen and laundry improvements in progress). Everything is usable — just continuing to improve over time.
The household is shared by my mom and I. We are respectful, laid-back, and keep a peaceful, drama-free environment. We value cleanliness, privacy, and communication.
Details: • $900/month
• $800 security deposit
• 3-month minimum lease, then month-to-month
• Utilities split evenly or flat utility option available
Pet Policy: • Must be okay with pets in the home
• One small/medium pet may be considered
• $250 refundable pet deposit
• $50/month pet fee
We’re looking for someone with steady income who is clean, respectful, and not into partying. This is a calm household.
