Seeking rental in Burnaby area

Description

My name is Evan, and I would like to rent a place starting this February. I am a working professional studying part-time at SFU. I currently live in Langley and am seeking a more central location for work and school.

My budget is $/month (flexible), and my preferred cities are Burnaby, New West and Coquitlam, with ideally roommates. I plan to stay for at least one year.

I am responsible, quiet, tidy, and respectful. I am also fairly social and appreciate having a space to host friends on occasion.
