I am renting out two rooms in my new townhome located in downtown Socastee.

• Upstairs Room: A private bedroom with an attached bathroom and its own dedicated thermostat.
• Downstairs Room: A cozy bedroom with a nearby walk-in closet, conveniently located just steps from the common areas, front door, and garage.

Each room will be priced differently based on its features. I am seeking a clean, responsible tenant for at least a one-year lease. No additional pets, please, as I already have a very sweet cat in the home. Also females ages would be best as I am a student.
