b at Arcade Sunshine (NW DC)

Moving in next week and will add more photos soon! Looking for another professional woman/nonbinary person in their ’s to share b at Arcade Sunshine starting in January. You will have your own bathroom and the place will be fully furnished except for your room. No couples, children or pets, and ideally, you will also fall in love my three-legged cat Pickles. I’m looking to room with someone who keeps quiet daytime hours (I work from home) and is in their small dinner party era rather than actual party era. The space is roomy and I would like to find someone who is cool to share in cooking, meal prep, and mild house cleaning. We can split utilities monthly or I can do my best to estimate a monthly average (will be in my name). Prior to moving in you will need to sign on to the lease and pass the building’s background check. About me: I work full time and travel for work occasionally. I’m fairly new to DC (PNW transplant) and when I’m not working I love to run, do pilates, shop vintage, read, binge bad tv, and go to movies, comedy shows, live concerts, etc.
