Hi! I’m looking to transfer my lease ASAP (this December or January ) for my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Koreatown. We’re looking for a female roommate to take over my spot.

You’d be living with two really sweet, easygoing girls, both master’s film students. One is the original tenant who’s staying, and the other is a new roommate we just added — they’re both super friendly, clean, and great to be around. You’d be signing a lease with them.
