Suitable for short stays (from two weeks) or long-term rentals up to one year. A multi-month contract is also possible.

If you need a shorter stay, we can discuss flexible options.
For long-term rentals, a one-month security deposit is required.

The apartment is located in an extremely convenient area — the very center of South Beach, Miami. All the most popular streets, top restaurants, cafés, bars, and entertainment are within walking distance. The ocean is only a 5-minute walk away.

From our property, there is a direct private exit to the promenade along the bay. And if you want to swim in the ocean, it’s just a -minute walk.

The community offers two heated swimming pools, including one Adults-Only pool, as well as a jacuzzi. There is also an on- bar & restaurant that delivers food and drinks directly to the pool area — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the resort-style atmosphere.

The apartment has two bedrooms. We — two calm and tidy girls — live in the second room. We are looking for one roommate (male or female).

You’ll enjoy beautiful views of the bay with cruise ships and boats, and a lush green territory that feels like living in a tropical jungle — truly a resort experience.
