Sublease for a studio!

Hi! I'm looking to sublease my studio for the spring semester as I will be graduating in the fall.

Location:
- Walking distance from campus (under minutes). Less than 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
- Is located near the new student recreation center that is expected to open in February!

Unit Details:
- Spacious private studio with separate bedroom area and bathroom.
- Unfurnished
- Parking included
- New flooring
