Hi everyone! I’m Jazmin, and I’m looking for a female roommate to sublease my room from January at The Rive San Diego. This is a BA apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms (6 females total). Rent is $/month without utilities, and with utilities it comes out to about $/month.

About the Room & Apartment:
- Window-side of a shared bedroom (biggest room in the unit)
- Full sized bed, side table, 2 dressers, desk and chair, closet
- Shared private full bathroom for you and your roommate
- There’s a divider in the room between beds for storage + privacy.
- Full-size washer + dryer, and smart-connected TVs + thermostats
- A fully equipped kitchen
