• Amenities: in-unit laundry, gym, pool, parking etc.
• Rent: $ per month (for 1 person) and utilities shared equally
• Move-in: onwards
• Lease: flexible

I’m a working professional — clean, respectful, and easygoing. Looking for someone who’s responsible, tidy, and friendly.

Preferences:
• Someone who does not cook Non-vegetarian meals at home.
