1 Room with Private Bathroom

I have a large 5 bedroom house in a quite neighborhood off Summit between Sierra & Citrus around the Sierra Lakes Area. We are a beautiful Christian household with a peaceful, clean, and positive vibe having home.

I have one room available for rent now with its own bathroom. We are all good, friendly church going Christians with no issues. The price is the rent for the room, then we share the cost of utilities (aprox. $/month)

Absolutely no smoking or drugs, light drinking is totally fine.
