Description

2 bedrooms for rent, in a .5 bath house. Rent is $ each room but I offer a $ discount (per room) if paid before the 1st. The rooms share 1 full bathroom. Full access to kitchen, living room, & backyard with a private laundry room (appliances not included) and hall closet. Residence also includes access to community park and pool.

Please note that electricity, water, sewer and trash are not included. You will be required to pay the split of these utilities.

*All applications will need to be vetted through landlord. This includes a background & credit check. Records of felonies, evictions, or judgements will be denied.
