Hey! I’m Mo (twntytwo, New Graduate), moving to NYC from California in July for a new job and looking for a roommate to split a spot under $5k total (ideally ~$/person). Let’s team up to find a place!

📍 FiDi: Cobblestone streets + waterfront views.

📍 Battery Park City: Chill vibes, Hudson River walks.

📍 Tribeca/Seaport: Trendy lofts, great food, -minute commutes (I’ll be working near FiDi)

✅ Tidy: I’ll do my dishes, you do yours.
✅ Social AF: Love dive bars, speakeasies, concerts, and exploring the city (First time living in NYC!!)

✅ Cat: Would love to adopt a cat since I"ve always wanted one (but no pressure if you’re allergic/don’t like cats).

✅ Open to: -friendly, no gender preferences, pet friendly!
