I have two rooms available for rent starting in May:
• $/month – Private bedroom with its own bathroom.
• $/month – Private bedroom with a shared bathroom. (This room is less. Won’t let me type numbers for some reason)


All utilities will be split. Looking for responsible tenants. Open to both male and female renters. This is a quiet space for working individuals—no parties or drama. No pets.

Requirements: First month’s rent + security deposit, background check and fee,
and an in-person meeting before approval.
