There is a brand-new laundry room, which connects to the vintage gourmet kitchen. We share a bathroom with a deep tub and a separate shower surrounded by spectacular tile. I have furnished the rest of the house. You are welcome to use whatever you need. There is a big dining area for entertaining and a chill living room with a fireplace and workout area. I am a queer, super clean, and busy professional. I work from home, operate my start-up, have a small dog, and we mostly keep to ourselves. We are both super friendly, just busy. No other animals are allowed. There is easy front-of-house parking with a permit included. You only pay for of the utilities because I am one person with a dog. This is truly a special place.
