It is FULLY FURNISHED, POOL/SUNDECK, GYM, AND PARKING IS INCLUDED. Comes with a walk-in closet as well. It is also along the shuttle route if needed for UT Austin.

This is an ALL-GIRLS apartment!

Please contact me ASAP as I need to get the lease to someone else! I currently need to live somewhere else due to an offer and need to get this off my hands. RE-LET HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID, just need someone to agree to the lease!
Very good reviews on the apartment, and it is close to many things along MLK (food, campus, etc.)
