About the Room: the room is unfurnished (except for some shelving) Bring your own furniture and decor to create your personal space. The closet is large with ample storage. Private bathroom: Enjoy your own bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Access to shared areas: Kitchen, living room, and laundry. Driveway parking: One designated parking space for your vehicle. About the House: Single-story home located in a quiet neighborhood in Upland. Security cameras are on the premises. Close to shopping centers and easy access to major freeways. About Us: I am a single mother with two children (ages ). My kids can be loud at times but I will always do my best to make sure their noise levels are respectful. We are up early and go to bed early. We have one friendly Chihuahua and a conure parrot. Preferences for 1 individual female, without children or pets. No couples. Please no burning of candles or fragrant sprays allowed (they are toxic to birds). A background check will be conducted. No overnight guests or drug use in the home. Rent: $ per month with a $ security deposit. WiFi and Utilities included. There is full access to a mini fridge in the garage if you need it.
