Hey everyone, I’m a year old male professional looking for a roommate for my bathroom apartment in North Raleigh. Rent is $ + Utilities.

My previous roommate had to move out due to a life event and I need someone to take over his part of the lease until it’s up October 3rd.

The building has a pool + gym and is steps away from bars, restaurants, coffee shops and parks.

The room has a spacious walk-in closet, room darkening shades and a private bathroom. The room can be emptied before move-in date if you wish to bring your own bed + furniture.

A bit about me: I’m a young professional from Denmark who works from home as a Sales Manager in an IT-infrastructure company. I am an empathetic, easygoing, tidy and sociable person who likes to play pickleball, do yoga, go hiking and lay by the pool when the weathers is good. I am not a party-person except for the occasional drink here and there for special events. I like my home to be a safe space and I’m looking to live with someone similar with the same values.

You will be added to the lease and therefore have to go through a background check performed by the leasing office. Background check includes rent history, credit score + criminal.
