Congenial living arrangements - *Please note that you will be sharing this home and its appliances with the owners (senior married couple and their dog), who will be living in the room that you will not choose. Credit score ofsix -hundred and eighty+ required*

Street parking available, or we can discuss a garage space for your vehicle at an additional cost.

Your choice of room:
Private bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom ($eigh-hundred/month - WiFi and all utilities are included), or
Private bedroom and hall bathroom ($siix-hundred and fifty/month - WiFi and all utilities are included).
These bedrooms are unfurnished, so please bring your own furniture. If needed, we will provide.

A small, approved pet (must be fourteen inches or smaller, per HOA rules) is allowed at an additional cost.
Deposit fee of $four-hundred, renter to pay for own background check.
