looking for a female roommate!

hello! i am looking for a roommate to move into my bath apartment in the south loop! i have lived here for three years, and would love to be able to extend my lease for another year.

rent is $ per person, and utilities are about $ more, along with a Comed bill that’s about $ each per month. amenities within the apartment building include a workout room, paid laundry, a lounge, a beautiful patio during the summer, and an indoor pool.

the photos attached to this post are the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and what would be your room, and the large walk in closet in your room.

a little about me, my name is Chloe and i graduate from columbia college chicago in may with my degree in music business. i am staying in chicago for another year to save up some money and find some leads for a job.

looking for someone who identifies as a female and considers themselves to be clean and kind, thats pretty much it! i want to live with someone who is considerate of the space and willing to help clean when needed.

you would be able to move in on may 1st, but we’d have to have the new lease signed by the end of this month.
