I am renting out a private, unfurnished room in my bath apartment. The apartment has AC in the living room (which mostly reaches the bedrooms), in unit washer/dryer, and lots of street parking. Price includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.

Apartment is conveniently located about 2 minutes from both the Freeways, allowing for an easy commute. Also walking distance to the LA River Trail, coffee shops, breweries, bars, etc.

I am looking for a young professional female that enjoys a peaceful, chill environment who is respectful of boundaries and keeping common areas clean. Prefer someone who is okay with dogs!
